The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
We process the data provided in the forms: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, city, project type, area, budget, additional information and the content of the message. We also process technical data, including the IP address, the date and time the form was sent and browser information.
Data is processed in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry on correspondence, take steps before entering into a contract and secure any potential claims.
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken before entering into a contract), Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest of the controller) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, in respect of reCAPTCHA).
Data is stored for 12 months from the end of the correspondence, unless a request for erasure is made earlier.
Data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the controller, in particular the hosting provider (Hostido, servers in the EU), the e-mail service provider and the reCAPTCHA provider (Google LLC).
In connection with the use of reCAPTCHA, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of an adequacy decision or other mechanisms compliant with the GDPR.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to object, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data processed, including server security, SSL encryption of the connection and regular backups.
Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to answer your enquiry or to prepare a quote.
